Not happy. They are very slow, nothing is ever correct in the computer system. When we picked up the car it was very dirty. The managers are not professional at all. They have no patience with NEW employees. We had a problem with the payment amount picking up the car so my husband called our insurance company before we left. Our insurance stated the problem was fixed and asked Her to check to see if the issue showed corrrcted. She said it was. Now I am sitting here waiting to figure out why we STILL owe. They are blaming the body shop. REALLY?
3. No customer service very rude
Booked a full size. Got a compact.
Terrible customer service. And I got a flat tire in their car and they couldn't even tell me how to go about the situation as far as towing VS changing the tire, insurance, etc. Was on hold for 20+ minutes trying to get an answer. Will not rent here again.

Worst place to rent a vehicle from. Was charged an extra day for no reason. And workers and hiring manager have bad attitudes. Please if possible DO NOT GO TO THIS HERTZ. They need a new manager as well with better customer service
