Always have to go back and clean my wheels and around tag on rear with the $15 wash. Tried the $20 one with no luck either. Same result on two different vehicles. Its ok for a quick fix but nothing like a hand wash from your local detail shop ($20) . Free vacume is cool, just wish the wash was better.
Love this place $7.00 car wash. Free vacuum and free carpet cleaner. Wash takes 3 min and it's a soft cloth wash with wax. Vacuuming and dry wipe area is clean and everything works. Attendant makes rounds to owners drying and detailing their cars. Ralph the manager knows all of his regulars and greets you with a smile. Best 20 minutes of my Saturday rituals.
After paying $15 for a car wash, I was told that I could not drive through the wash due to the amount of mud on my truck. My truck was dirty, but not excessively so - see the photo. It would have taken only a minute or so to spray the mud off of the wheel wells prior to allowing me to drive through the wash, as is customary at almost every wash like this. I was given a refund, but it was cold comfort after having driven several miles off of the interstate to get there. I guess they only wash cars that are already clean.
I pay for the ZoomPass each month and only wash my car at Snappy's. On Dec. 2nd I took my car through the car wash. Pulled over to use the vacuums and noticed several scratches and the molding around the rear of car was broken. The car was NOT like this before going through the car wash that day. I spoke with the manager working that day who filed an incident report and stated someone would call me within a couple days after reviewing the camera footage. No one called. A week later I stopped by and was told they had reviewed the footage and the vehicle was NOT damaged upon entry to the car wash as I had stated to them the day the damage happened. I was told that someone would be getting in touch with me soon about having the car repaired. I did NOT hear from anyone. I stopped by Snappys this week and was told that they were NOT going to fix the damage. I have been a customer there for over 2 years and I am VERY disappointed in the service that I am receiving. I hope this does NOT happen to anyone else. Make sure that you look over your car before leaving to check for damage. I guess It wouldn't matter to them if your vehicle gets damaged they would just REFUSE to fix it.
