I LOVE Dr. Carter and his staff ! My wait time was short and their facility is so clean and beautifully decorated. Their hygentist was very gentle and my teeth felt great afterwards. When I had to come back for a filling I actually left with a smile on my face. The assistant really put me at ease and Dr. Carter was so gentle. Even the check-out experience was pleasant. I highly recommend this office to anyone !
Everyone at Hopewell Family Dentistry is great. Short notice appointment, the girls at the front desk went above and beyond straightening out an insurance issue. A+ customer service. Highly recommend them.
Coming from a history of being a less than perfect patient, I have to say, the staff at Hopewell have turned me around. I don't remember the last time I felt as comfortable or attended to. The staff are sincere and Dr. Carter makes sure you understand exactly what is needed and what to expect. I have never had to wait and the value is better than any in the area. Highly recommended.
