We were tended to about 20 minutes after our appointment which is fairly reasonable for a busy office.
On the positive side, I find Dr. Hearn to be an excellent obstetrician, and I feel that we chose well with him. I trust that he will take good care of my wife through her pregnancy and delivery.
Visited on Dec. 21, 2017 with my wife. I would like to share my experience.
The nurse called my wife in to get treatment. As I got up the nurse said she will only take my wife in. My wife said 2 times that she wanted me to accompany her. My wife is a foreigner, and she feels more comfortable when I am with her during things like medical visits. The nurse’s name was Tamekia. Although she spoke very pleasant, she did not honor my wife’s requests. Though my wife has normally been treated quite well, this is not the first time this happened to us here. I am not pleased with this level of disrespect to my wife or myself.
