My friend went because she’s sick and can’t breathband they tell her to fight it herself! Like what the heck?

If I could give a zero star I would. The only helpful person there was the nurse I had when i finally went to a room. I went in with a severe allergic reaction that causes my tounge and throat to swell. As soon as we get there I have difficulty explaining what is wrong because I cant speak correctly so my boyfriend was teling them in having a reaction to seafood which the triage nurse decided to tell me that I am basically faking it because there was no visible sign of a rash on my body except my tounge. Then she had the audacity to ask me what I was on because I was going crazy then set me in the waitin room while out of it in a wheelchair while completely out of it. At that point saliva was pouring out my mouth as we try to catch it all with towels ( which took about for) because i cant swollow much less breath. So when i get to my room the other nurse saw me and knew exactly what was going on. I am allergic to benedryll also so it took two shots and a small pill being shoved down my throat to bring me back to normal. People if you do not have the heart and or knowledge please do not pursue a position in Healthcare. There is a lot of crocked ones there that need to be reevaluated. I for one have worked in Healthcare and wouldnt dare put someone in that situation. Rant over.

Horrible, I'm having an m.s attack. The short haired brown headed nurse was more judgmental. Even made me cry. I'm at risk of losing my legs didn't offer me a wheelchair she just marched me to the waiting room with my right leg dragging.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Prepare to wait 8+ hours to be seen. When you do finally get to be seen, you'll most likely be brushed off, marginalized, and treated like little more than an inconvenience. This is especially true with some of the nurses. I had the misfortune of encountering Nurse Tiffenie at an earlier visit. She was absurdly snarky and condescending while I was nothing but polite to her. This hospital is long overdue for an overhaul and to be staffed with more considerate people. I'm very disappointed and disheartened with the "care" I received here.

Why are the spending all this $$ making the hospital look better? The entire staff needs more training. Walked in here at 8:45 am and waited 2 hours to get in a room. Finally get a room and wait 1 hour for damn Tylenol. All I see is nurses on their phones and people with badges on socializing. For a second I thought I was at the damn good court. Is this not where you come for compassion? My child is sick and all I'm getting is excuses. Not really sure if rating this sorry ass hospital will help
