Horrible customer service, man was very rude and over priced and when asked a question he was erupt and nasty
I bought a ring from piercing pagoda and needed to have it sized, the ring is sterling sliver, I get my ring back and everything seemed fined, I get up this morning and my finger is green and the ring is yellow. you can see on thet ring that where it is yellow is where they sized, so I took the ring back, and to put it in short words me and the women got into it because she would not take responsibility for anything she blamed it on piercing pagoda, and told me that I cant have my money back and there was nothing she could do to fix it. So I do I recommend this place not a chance in hell !!!
