I could not be MORE displeased with the service I was provided. I came to this law firm based on the high reviews, only to regret this decision now. I got attacked by a dog in September. I went to the lawyer, Roy, is his name. And he promised to keep me updated on any information. However, i kept calling for updates and never got any reply from him. I emailed him about a month and a half after hiring him asking for another update. He replied and said the homeowners had written them a letter and that he would call me the next day to tell me what it said. I called three times the next day before finally getting an answer. He told me that the homeowners were declining the case. And that he didn't want to pursue my case any MORE. He sent me the letter from the homeowners and it turns out they sent this letter on October 8!! And I didn't get any information about it until a MONTH later. And probably wouldn't have if I hadn't pushed him. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE. I WILL be finding a lawyer who is willing to learn about my case and tight for me.

Trammell & Mills Law firm do not use a "cookie cutter" approach for cases like a lot of other law firms out there. They took the time to answer my questions and did not make me like "a number;" instead I felt like I was important and I really appreciated this aspect.
