Terrible and does not look out for the best interest of the children, but instead the fathers that refuse to support them. My ex has been to court numerous times and all they do is put is new balance and tack it onto his back pay- which is now in the thousands. No action ever taken, but I was told I could go to court or write a statement for court! Seriously? This is why it goes through the court system- to prevent us from having targets on our backs and having to deal with this ourselves! Many of us feel unsafe going into the hearing. So sad- Greenville would have already taken action. It's beyond sad!
