The rooms are nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Nice sized TV, mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffee pot. Breakfast is good, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage. The pool wasn't open when we first got there, I guess they were cleaning, but once it opened my daughter had a blast swimming for hours. Definitely the place to go for value and accommodations.
The rooms are nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and great linens. The staff is courteous. We enjoyed our stay.
This place is disgusting! You can decorate the outside and call it renovation but your staff are rude to guess, the rooms are horrible, when rent the event room, you'll freeze because the heat doesn't work and the indian, shailan Patel refuses to give your money back. Not even worth the rental!!! He's a cruel, nasty man and so are his staff!!!
We have been staying at this hotel for around 4 months. Paying $334 a week. A $500 cell phone was stolen from my fiancés roommate. This morning I went up to the free continental breakfast. I grabbed a couple of boiled eggs in a bowl. Then placed 2 packs of oatmeal and 2 packs of hot chocolate in my pocket. I started to walk back to my room. Bc I had been sick throwing up all night I was taking my breakfast with me. The lady that fixes the breakfast says ma'am, you can't stuff your pockets with grits. I said excuse me. She said, you were seen on camera. So, I pulled the 2 packs of oatmeal and 2 packs of hot chocolate or of my pocket and showed her. I had to explain myself as if I were a thief. I told her that I would put them back. Really? I pay more a week here than your paycheck. Thanks for trying to make me look stupid. Very embarrassing.
The worst place I ever stayed in. The first two days I had to get maintenance man to get me in my room because the lock was messed up.. the first day I got no housekeeping in my room at all the second day they left me a note saying the housekeeping was short-staffed but left towels and made bed but no coffee or soap. The sink leaked badly and the carpeting and that whole area was wet. The maintenance man did a good job fixing the sink and door lock. I got better results complaining to one of the housekeepers an older black woman who made sure I had more coffee soap and shampoo then I could use. The Third and forth night my key did not work to get into the room and had to be reset. This was my first day at a Red Roof Inn and I hope the others are managed better than that one. When I visit family again I would not stay in that hotel if it was free!
