Houses today are built with crazy roof lines that don't respect the flow of water. Coe's replaced our roof after a hail storm and were prompt, professional and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.
Not good. Unable to resolve multiple roof leaks after several attempts. I just paid another contractor $1665 to repair a Coe's roof.

I was trying to get a lake house ready to sell. After an home inspection several leaks were found. Coe's Roofing in Anderson sent Kevin down and they replaced every roof vent and thought that would solve the problems. I still had water leaking over an area where a skylight had been removed. Kevin and his crew came back, diagnosed the problem and covered the area for several days because of very hard rain predicted. He returned and built up the area and replaced with new shingles and I am happy to report that we had a dry room after over 2 inches of rain on December 30, 2015.
THEY CAME OUT AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANED UP GREAT. WILL RECOMEND TO EVERYONE.
Unfortunately, the severe rains revealed a few problem areas - Coe's got back out the next day and made the repair. They've stood behind their work after several years and even the very untimely death of the owner. New management went above and beyond to make it right. That's all you can ask for - good work and good, honest people that stand behind it!
