Customer service was great!
Tried paying with my phone using Samsung Pay and the card reader took it but the ignorant cashiers refused to enter the 4 digits shown on my phone to complete the transaction. All items had to be rescanned again so I could use the actual Amazon Prime chip card. The registers didn't have a chip reader that was active and the card wouldn't swipe so it was entered by me manually... It finally went through... I've been using Samsung pay since it first came out without issue from any merchant and because of this incident will never patronage this backwards thinking company again. At Belk "ignorance is bliss".
