Easier finding items here than Walmart. Little on the property price side though. Found what I needed and left in a timely manner.
Nice clean store, friendly staff, good prices. This is a very nice Target store. It is well laid out and has plenty of room in the aisles for carts and strollers. They have several electric carts available for people with physical limitations. They also have the new carts for older children with special needs. The store very family friendly and there is a wide selection of products, including clothing, kitchenware, small appliances and electronics. In addition, they have mobile phones from all the carriers, prepaid and regular and can make changes and upgrades to your account quickly and professionally. They are open until 11 pm Friday and Saturday nights.
Black Friday deals were all sold on Thursday! Oh, and a truck comes in night and tomorrow. They should ration their black Friday door busters between the two days and not just put everything out for Thursday shoppers! It's not really Black Friday, It's Sad Friday!
Also I read many other reviews stating the poor customer service of Target, so sad to know they really don’t care about their customers!!!
I order a lot of items online and pick up in the store. Usually the process is simple and easy. I only had one problem when I decided to return an item and wasn't able to return until a couple of days later. I'm not sure why they do this when you pay for items at the time of order. But i was able to return the item a few days later. I've always had pleasant experiences here
Very sad about how my poor experience with this company. So many love this store, but I bought Beats Studio 2 by Dre during their Black Friday sale. My husband was so excited. Day two of using this product they no longer work. I was told all they could do was give me a refund, and I could purchase the upgraded ones for $200 more, they could not discount them at all. I feel very robbed, can not be replaced or offer me a discount due to the product they sold me be defective. So give me a great deal on a product for it not to work and tell me I can just purchase the upgrade for $200, it seems all they care about is making more money on me and do not care about my experience. I will just go to a company who truly cares about their customers.
