Recently had Geek Squad technical support Craig come to my home. What a fabulous experience! He was personable, knew his stuff , did my installation of equipment quickly and made sure I understood how it works before he left. He is an asset to this company. Thank you Craig !!
Great Representative who knew her stuff. Very patient and approached us to help with no wait time. We we stressed trying to figure out how to find and afford the best laptop for law school. Not only did we walk out with the best recommended laptop, we had a 3 year protection plan, perfect protective case, and best (up-to-date) Microsoft Office Software; we were approved for the option of getting everything on an 18 month no interest payment plan! We were very pleased with the knowledgeable staff, courteous helpers, and convenience of getting it all done fast in one place. Best Buy will see us again!!
