I went to Staples to pick up a printer I had purchased online. At checkout I found out that there was a mistake and the only two they had in stock was a return and a demo. They apologized told me how sorry they were and when they looked at the other printer related purchases in my basket they offered me my choice of 2 much nicer more expensive printers, or they would order the original model I had purchased and ship it to my house for no extra cost. I was very pleased at how nice they were there and that they had been so generous. I will continue to go to Staples in Anderson SC.
