Twice the furniture has been delivered damaged .not to mention that they didn't even show up till 10:30 in the evening...now there telling me that the replacement furniture is on back order and it could be weeks before they have my replacement furniture ..I will never buy from there again poor poor customer service
Horrible female sales agent, left a HORRIBLE impression on the 3 of us that were in the store. Needs a lesson in customer service. Will look elsewhere even if it means driving out of our way.
Well it continues the furniture isn't on back order it's been discontinued and now they can't get anything to replace my damaged items with ..so here i am no the later. With damaged furniture.. and have found out they lied to me about my furniture being discontinued..
I love my mattresses I got from Badcock! They were very nice, clean and worked with me on what I could afford. The mattress was delivered promptly and the men were very nice and cleaned the area up and took the plastic back with them. It was like heaven when I slept that night and every night after. Thanks Haley Barnes for your service.
Decent quality furniture. Still not sure how my living room furniture arm rest wasn't the same as the demo. But we love shopping here OVERALL
