I haven't yet signed with Maggie Waldrep State Farm yet. However the entire experience leading up until now has been one of the best I've had with any other carrier. Cindy has been so incredibly helpful in so many ways! I would recommend this agency to anyone that I know!
I had the best experience ever with my previous State Farm agent, but after being forced to switch agencies I've had nothing but trouble with this new agency. Over the phone I got people who appeared to be nothing but fake, they kept me on the phone for hours at a time, I kept receiving mail to an old address of mine, and the final straw was due to a "rate increase" my monthly bill went up by $20 after staying generally the same for four years. When I went to go cancel my policy (because I found better insurance coverage at a more affordable price) it took me three emails and three phone calls to finally get them to cancel. Every time I talked to them I said I just don't want my next auto draft to go out and sure enough when that day came a week later they drafted my next months amount. When I called them to resolve the simple issue of giving me my money back they informed me that they were only able to give half of the money back. This agency is nothing but a bunch of crooks and I suggest that you go find somebody else to do business with. If you do choose to go with this agency I wish you nothing but the best of luck but you're an idiot.
Well after careful consideration upon reading all of these negative reviews, I don't think we will be using Maggie Waldrep State Farm Insurance....not to mention a family member did work for her and was very unhappy with her employment at this office....we just need to find a State Farm rep closer to home....onward in our search we go! Wow!
