Had an extremely horrible experience... Never got told my rate went up when i switched state farm agents, until i asked and they said the other state farm forgot to add something. Then when i thought my bills were caught up, i got hit 1 1/2 month later saying a payment wasn't made and my policies were being canceled. I asked why didn't someone contact me sooner and they always had some kind of excuse! I paid a huge amount on a few occasions because they said i needed to and it seems like when they said i was caught up, i wasn't. The only things i would get were cancellation notices. They never call back or answer emails. Even the state farm corporate were not helpful at all in figuring out why all this has been going on. To this day, i have still not received a correspondence of any kind as to what is going on. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AT ALL!! Extremely poor customer service and it is a shame.
