Super friendly, competent, and helpful staff! A few times, though, I've had to wait with my dog long past my appointment time. At least it's situated inside of PetSmart so there are ways to keep him busy.
I have taken my new puppy to this facility and am so happy with the staff here. Dr. Fleming has a great presence and does a thorough job during our visits. The assistants are also very helpful with any questions. I certainly recommend.
Petsmart Pet Hospital is wonderful!! Dr. Fleming her team and the receptionists are the best!! They are very professional and friendly. They always call my dog by her name!! That means a lot to me. I know my baby is in good hands. The wellness plan I have is awesome!! Thank you Petsmart for all that you do for my baby!!!
Dr. Flemming is a wonderful veterinarian. She takes the time to explain anything and everything, she is very thorough, and I love the way she interacts with my dog and her assistants. Particularly in comparison to other Banfield chains and vets I have visited, the Anderson staff really sets themselves apart. I highly recommend.
Excellent, patient-centric staff. Top customer service, always smiles on their faces. Dr. Flemming is the BEST vet I have ever had and trustworthy; she knows her stuff and she loves my babies like I do... She is honest and you can bet you will only receive care for your fur baby that you actually need. Highly recommend!
