They only care about the money and take advantage of people in emotional situations with their beloved pets. The fees are outrageous and they give you the bill after the service unless you specifically ask for it before, so you're stuck paying it.

DO NOT GO HERE!

Called tonight to see about our cat, she started salivating a lot and bleeding from her mouth. The caller was nice, but lacked any type of understanding. Not to mention the prices. $97 just to get someone to take a look at her, on top of the whatever fees and costs after they figure out what’s wrong with her. It’s pretty clear this place is a money pit, they don’t care what’s going on with your pet. They just want your money.

We took our beloved cat here as our vet was closed for holidays. The left side of his face was so swollen he could not close his bulging eye or close his mouth. Also had abnormal breathing and limited movement. They took him back while we prepaid and signed him in. A while later they called us back and the vet came in and stated that he must have cut the inside of his mouth on something and it became infected. We asked if there was any neurological damage and he assured us no. He was very rough in opening our cats mouth very wide , causing our cat even more pain than necessary. He gave us the option of keeping him overnight for observation or giving him fluids and an injection for an antibiotic and pain that would last 5 days. He stated that he would recover quickly and downplayed the injury. We chose taking him home where he would be more comfortable, assuming he would be just fine. Also, we know the cost of an overnight visit would be outrageous. As a nurse, I questioned the vet tech again about the pain meds lasting 5 days and she assured us he would feel no pain. We did everything the vet suggested plus some to make our baby comfortable, but not for one minute was he pain free. He suffered unbelievable pain and we could not afford to take him back. He passed away soon after this visit. It was a horrible painful death. In our itemized bill, it was not shown if he had any bloodwork, xrays or any other tests. Just an observation diagnosis. We were very rushed into making any decisions, and had we known he would only suffer more rather than heal, we were prepared to send him to Heaven. But we were given false hope. We should have went to another facility. It was expensive, but being told he would heal quickly, it was worth it at the time. Our family feels we paid an exorbitant amount of money to put him in more pain. No animal deserves the suffering he went thru. Will NEVER go there again.

This place is all about the money! I took my yorkie there after he had gotten into something, mind you they couldn’t get a temp reading and his glucose was high. The vet tech was amazing as well as the office staff but the vet was awful! The first thing out of his mouth was we will get an estimate to let you know the cost. He had no bed side manned what so ever. He was a young prick! Long story short had to have my yorkie put to sleep.

Would have given 0 stars if it was allowed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! All these people care about is money! We brought our dog in for a stomach ache and they took x-rays and an ultrasound but couldn't identify the object causing the "blockage". Dr. Eaves wanted to take him into surgery but he said "felt comfortable" if we waited until the next day. Our dog stayed 1 night and they kept doing x-rays and things on him but still couldn't identify the blockage. When it came time to pick him up (even thought they advised for him to stay another night), he didn't have a blockage and everything was fine. You can also hear the other vet techs talking about the patients/owners in the back room while you are in the rooms to see the doctor- rude!

NEVER bring your beloved animal here. All they care about is money. They expect you to have all the money upfront before any treatment and if you don’t, they turn you away. Even with a sick or injured animal. My families puppy had parvo and needed emergency help right away and because we didn’t have the deposit money right then, upfront, they turned us away and would not help. A poor sick, helpless puppy..they turned away. So sickening and so devastating. They don’t care about the animals, they just want the money.
