Who would change tires and not have them next to you.
I would give -5 stars.... Changed 4 tires and purchased insurance... couple months later i had an issue w one tire; guess what they said??? its not covered as my tires aren't rotatable...! really? whyd you sell me insurance if you knew that!!! Fraud
Felt bad for the service manager his team needs more training.
Not good. Tire change took forever (3-1/2 hours).
Used them for decades.. fast and friendly, easy to get to and in and out of on Anderson's busiest road
Poor service sat there for 3 hours to have four tires put on.
If I could give fewer stars I would. Got a bunch of work done. Power steering pump, idler arm, Pittman arm and gearbox. Took it back a couple days later because it wasn't driving right. They said parts needed to wear in and everything looked fine. Guess what car still doesn't drive right it has been over 4 months. Bad thing is we get a corporate partnership deal with them.
They changed 3 of them and found they didn't have the 4th one.
