Scheduled a tire rotation appointment, waited over 30 minutes before car even went in the garage. When asking at the desk, "why" we were told appointments are estimated time. We were told, in not so nice of a way, we can give you your keys. Wow, I understand running behind, I work in a doctor's office, but I will not be returning with my two other automobiles for tires, nor would I expect a patient to return if I spoke to them in such a manner. I am not one to leave bad reviews, I guess I'm just tired of people not really caring about their costumers.
