Slightly disappointed with this establishment. I called ahead and was told they weren't that busy and they could see me if I came within the hour. I get there and was told "we have a bay open." I asked about brakes and oil change. "We can get you an estimate shortly!" Well...I got my estimate/review over 2 hours later. The Techs were nice and professional. I didn't need brakes but opted to change brake fluid at their recommendation and I decided to get a tune up (change 4 sparkplugs). I was there 4 and 1/2 hours total...longer than expected and the lead tech took some of the responsibility. I may revisit but I will try to hold them to a tighter schedule.
